Our Bird’s Eye View wines rise with the early morning sun over the world renowned McLaren Vale - quietly watching over corridors of precious vines and lush rolling hills. These are wines that embody growth, tranquillity and the spirit of flight.
McLaren Vale Shiraz.
Produced from low yielding McLaren Vale vineyards, this wine was matured using a combination of American and French oak to highlight the varietal characteristics.
Lifted aromas of red currant and raspberry, with underlying violets and vanilla. Red fruit flavours and spice continue on the palate and combine with subtle oak and soft tannins to produce a perfectly balanced Shiraz. This wine is the ideal partner for roast lamb or a summer barbeque with friends.
McLaren Vale Cabernet Sauvignon.
Premium Cabernet Sauvignon from a single McLaren Vale vineyard was vinified using a combination of fermentation styles and French oak, to highlight the varietal and regional characteristics.
The wine has lifted aromas of black currant and liquorice, which combine with flavours of blackberry, dark plum and a hint of spice, to produce a rich full-flavoured wine with excellent length. It tastes great now and will reward cellaring for 4 to 6 years.
