South Australia Shiraz.

Selected Shiraz from premium vineyards throughout South Australia was vinified using a combination of fermentation styles with French and American oak, to highlight the regional characteristics.

The wine has lifted aromas of spice, dark cherry and plums, with a rich, full-flavoured palate of forest fruits and vanilla, finishing with soft tannins and excellent length. It tastes great now and will reward those with patience.

South Australia Cabernet Sauvignon.

Selected Cabernet Sauvignon from premium vineyards throughout South Australia was vinified using a combination of fermentation styles with French and American oak, to build complexity and structure.

The wine has lifted aromas of chocolate and dark cherries with a richly flavoured palate of spicy plum that finished with smooth tannins. With superb length, it drinks beautifully now and will reward those with patience.

South Australia Grenache Shiraz.

Grenache and Shiraz from premium vineyards throughout South Australia were vinified using a combination of fermentation styles and French and American oak, to build complexity and highlight the varietal characteristics.

The wine displays lifted aromas of cherry and spice, that combine with a palate of red berries, chocolate and soft tannins, to produce a medium bodies wine with an enduring finish.
